HR update

The University has recently implemented the new HR Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach. With this approach the aim is to deliver a more seamless experience for staff who contact Access HR with their general HR enquiries. The ability to capture enquiry history and ensure service continuity should lead to an enhanced staff experience, and we look forward to demonstrating higher levels of staff satisfaction with this new structure.

Consolidating transactional HR work
The remaining transaction work that is currently undertaken in HR Service Hubs will be consolidated. This work will transition into the HR Operations Centre, where the HR client support officers will be situated.

Structures:

Lead HR Business Partner: Ms Felicia Beilby has been appointed to the role of Lead HR Business Partner.  In this role, Felicia will provide strategic guidance across the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences relating to workforce and performance.

The local HR team servicing the SCS will include:

Senior HR Business Partner: Ms Selda Evci will now look after the SCS as well as other clinical areas including Central Clinical School and Eastern Health plus Public Health and Preventative Medicine. Selda will be supported by Ms Nevasha Wood, in a HR Advisory capacity. Nevasha has previously been based at the Alfred and comes with many years Monash HR experience.

We thank Sue Drummond for all her work in supporting the School over the last nine months and wish her well with her new HR portfolio of Allied Health. We welcome both Selda and Nevasha to the School and look forward to working with them for all our HR needs.
